FREE SHIPPING on orders of $100 or more to the continental US! Orders up to $100 will be charged shipping based on the destination, size and weight of the package. We do not offer Next day, 2nd day, or 3rd day shipping.
We ship within 3-5 business days upon receiving an order, via UPS only. We ship within the United States only. The customer is notified via email when the order ships with tracking information. If the item(s) are not in stock we notify the customer via email or phone with an expected ship date. When the back ordered item is shipped the customer is notified by email with tracking information.
Return Shipping - Roland's will provide a Return Label for items that are defective or shipped in error. Otherwise the customer will ship items back to Roland's at their expense. We charge $25 for shipping exchanges. We process refunds the day we receive the item.
